Top Ten Posts For 2023

With the end of 2023 approaching, it must be time to share my top 10 posts for the year. I certainly enjoy the opportunity to sit back and see what you have all enjoyed over the last 12 months, and as with last years post I will look forward to comparing with the previous year. It is fascinating to see which posts are most clicked, and to try and see trends in your preferences. Reflection is something I love to do, and with 2023 being… a bit (?) of a year – taking the time to sit down and enjoy my work from the past twelve months has been incredibly welcome. I also have goals for my writing over 2024, and so I will try and outline some of those here. Along with some interesting (to me) insights into the past year.

Does anything stand out in these side-by-side lists?

There are two posts that retained their top ten status. Firstly, last years number one has slid four places in the top ten for 2023. Apparently you all seem to enjoy the image Charlie created and want to see me play with my pussy. (I do hope you weren’t disappointed!)

The second post that has retained a place in this years top ten has actually gained five places and moved from tenth to fifth. Cuckqueaned By A Sex Doll was one of my Audio Porn offerings for Girl On The Net. The increase in position is largely down to her contagious enthusiasm for my writing, but also my smutty mind has whisked you off on a slightly different adventure in filth.

I’ve also just noticed that A Quick Wank With Barefoot has a very similar shot to one of my more recent additions – Keep Calm Under Pressure. Now I’m curious if this 2023 post will achieve a top ten spot for next year. I guess we shall just have to wait and see.

Trends carried over in to 2023.

While I write my blog for me, and share things that make me happy, it is also fascinating to see what you all enjoy. Or rather, where your interest is drawn back to again and again. You all want to read about my sex life, fantasies, and (as with the top spot) adventures in Femme Domme. Fancy… Coming to a sex blog and reading about sex!

It’s a good job 2024 will see me sharing stories form 2019. As with last year, two of my timeline tales hit the top ten. This time in first and second spot. And while I I haven’t caught up very well on my story behind the blog, I’ll be full steam ahead in the new year. Giving you what you want to read, as well as sharing the story I am here to tell.

I think GOTN’s excitement and promotional skills led to my one Scavenger Hunt post of the top ten – taken during our recording session. I share a LOT of ropey photos, and boob shots, and while these are much enjoyed when I share them, they don’t seem to be returned to with such consistency. And that’s OK. I love that these images are enjoyed, but mostly I love that I can revisit them and read the thoughts and emotions behind them.

Goals for 2024

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I’m not one to set new years resolutions. However, goals are an entirely different entity. It’s helpful for me to have something to work towards. And if I learnt anything under S it is to ensure that I maintain focus and motivation through action. So…

• This year I have increased my site visits by 12% (at time of writing.) Each year has seen growth, but this feels like a substantial jump for a website that’s over five years old. I would like to keep consistent in my writing, and increase my promotional skills as well as continuing to improve my SEO to make sure the site is findable on Google.
• This year I took the reins of BoobDay, a weekly celebration of all things breasts and chests. I’m looking forward to sharing more guest breasts, and also to welcoming more new chests, and breast lovers, to the meme.
• Next year will see some more movement along my timeline, an unfolding of the story behind the blog. It’s been four months since I shared and it’s time to press on. So many adventures, and they just won’t write themselves!
• New Years saw Mrs Fever share a year of writing prompts and inspiration for herself, and others if they so chose. I decided to join in, and have been working my way through her list. Of the 43 ideas I have shared just under half, lets see if I can complete the list during 2024. (I’m also planning on sharing a list of my own for 2025, as my list for 2024 didn’t quite happen.
• I would like to join in with February Photo Fest again, if Molly is hosting this fun month again. (Please, please, please.) And A-Z April 2024 is in the planning phase. Both of these month long link ups take a lot of work and focus, so watch this space. (And I will watch my spoons.)
• While my product reviews haven’t made the top ten, I actually have plans for this part of my website. I hope to bring you an easier experience of finding what you’re looking for, discount codes and more. Watch this space.
• Next year I want to be more consistent with my connection with other blogs. The posts and pictures I see throughout the sex blogging community are always inspiring, but I don’t find myself as able to explore them due to time pressures in my world. But actually, I want to prioritise rest and reading next year so watch out all you sexy bloggers. I’m coming to enjoy you more next year!

Wrapping up 2023.

I feel like I’ve had a positive year this year as far as my own website goes. There is much to be done still, behind the scenes. But that’s part of hosting a website, and a challenge I’m enjoying. I’ve got so many exciting goals that I will hopefully manage to maintain my focus. And with my eye on what you all seem to enjoy, and a whole host of sexy stories to share in those areas, I am very curious to see how next years posts measure up to this years.
