It’s been so long since I’ve done any modelling. I don’t mean having my photo taken – rope with 1001011 produce play time pictures. And I definitely don’t mean selfies or mischievous memories of risky exposures with friends. Modelling, for me, means work. Working hard with photographers, the focus on photos, creating new ideas together, and stretching artistic boundaries with a heavy dose of the ridiculous.
It hit home this morning.
That’s when I received notification of the two year anniversary of a latex in the Woods shoot. You might remember me diving into a Jaguar, or lurking in the bushes? At the time I was in front of the camera regularly, building a wild and wonderful portfolio and sharing my new adventures here, thanks to a growing network of photographers.
Last November Stutographer travelled up to see me for some fruity photos, almost a year after our first shoot. I caught covid shortly after the first visit, and my confidence tumbled into the abyss due to my one step forward, two steps back recovery. There was a synchronicity to his visit, I’d not worked with anyone in between. And it took six months to get back in the saddle again.
And then there have been numerous false starts. Shoots postponed due to teachers strikes, child sickness, car troubles. One photographer even broke his arm!
But in amongst all this, I have met some ace new photographers.
One of whom, Andy, took this photo on a recent visit to his studio- Tree Of Life.
We rattled through our planned sets, and then went rummaging for other props, some of which caused huge bursts of creativity from both of us. I’m looking forward to sharing these but all in good time… For now, I’ve been struck by nostalgia.
Nostalgia for a fun evening with Dr Lovelace, at Twisted Boudoir. A night when she put me through my paces with poses and outfits. Her creative eye and patient enthusiasm bringing together lessons that have, by all accounts, stayed with me.
I’m hopeful that this shoot heralds a new dawn of creative pursuits, with photographers old and new. Andy and I have plans. Not to mention Dark Lion and Dansa, both of whom are long overdue completing our planned shoots. And then there are the conversations over on purple port. I’m going to be a busy lady!
I’m feeling positive, and excited, and (dare I say) confident. Ready to execute some interesting ideas with talented individuals.
It definitely feels like Barefoot is back in the game.
From the story of how the barefoot sub became the woman she is today, to toy reviews, with a hefty dose of contemplation, a sprinkling of erotica and a LOT of nudity in between, you can be sure to find something to tickle your fancy at A Leap Of Faith.
I love the black and white edit and your little secret smile under the hat 🙂 I wish you so much fun and creative fulfillment in this journey with new photographers!
Thank you! I look forward to sharing the product of my *hard work* here soon.
Oh yes … very stylish … and very sexy.
Looking forward to you sharing more !!!

Thank you K. This is, I’d say, one of our more ‘traditional’ shots. It only got more bizarre from here on in xx
Loving the energy of this pic and the black and white style looks amazing.
