Sitting down for a moment, barefoot on a bench, exposing her secret to those that dare to look.
I have been wanting to share this photo for a little while now. It’s from my fist ever photo shoot with an ace photographer I met online. Dan took so many lovely pictures, including this one, but I didn’t want to bore you with them.
Then I read a girl on a bench by Hannah Lockhardte, and took it as a sign that now is the time to post.
I remember this photo being taken like it was yesterday. The camera clicked at just the right moment, as a breath of warm wind lifted the hem of my dress. My eyes are drawn to the soft arches as I sit barefoot in the sun. I wonder what catches your eye?

Have you enjoyed Barefoot on a bench? Then perhaps you might enjoy Abandoned in the leaves. I’m wearing knickers in this one but what about the rest of me…?
I’m sad to say that neither Hannah Lockhardte’s site or the photographer instagram page are active anymore so I can’t send you in their direction. But trust me, they were great!
