List five things you do for fun.
When you grow up with Mary Poppins as your heroine, you learn early on that “in every job that must be don, there is an element of fun.” So when I saw the jetpack Prompt suggesting I list five things I do for fun I really had to stop and think.
I didn’t pause because I couldn’t think of anything. On the contrary, narrowing things down to just five was the tricky part. But I managed, and – surprise! – they can all be illustrated by boobs!
1 – I love adding a little fun to the everyday by cheekily exposing my breasts.
Trip to Asda? Not my favourite, but finding a new location for my Scavenger Hunt made one particular visit much more palatable. The vending machine stocks condoms, tampons, towels and bullet vibrators. How could I resist? Especially with the relative discretion of empty cubicles, and risk factor of a door to the store/ I am facing it in the header image, and it swings wide open on to the checkouts.
2 – I am in my element when I add fun through a road trip.
Something that SWL and I excel at. (More to come as I continue with my timeline of tales – but first a teaser.)
As we all know, I can find Christmas a little overwhelming. Back in 2017 my little family made its own Christmas tradition. This, over time, has evolved to encompass an annual Christmas Adventure. 2024 saw me levelling up. SWL and I took a road trip, and a plane trip, to gorgeous Lanzarote. On our Christmas Day road trip around the island we found a vending machine on the street. I couldn’t help but stop and look in. (Boobs and a road trip, double the fun!)

3 – I don’t need to leave the house to have fun though.
Dressing down and indulging loved ones with food from my kitchen is a real bringer of joy for me. (I think for them too, but you never can tell.) There is an element of the mundane on occasion, but when I can cook for people who love food, or cook with someone who enjoys being in the kitchen with me, that is the best fun.
4 – I find immense joy in learning new skills.
Or trying to, at least. My most recent foray into craftsmanship involved the element of Silver, and a whole heap of fun with the gorgeous Jacq. Before that I tried glass blowing, with slightly less aplomb. Next up I’m in a different glass studio, to create a fused glass piece for shits and giggles. Who knows whose workshop I will end up in after that.
5 – The last addition to my list, but far from the least important, is my friends.
I’m quite sickening really, gushing all over them on here. (Not an in-person prerequisite of friendship, just saying.) They are a merry band of reprobates, some know each other, others don’t, but they all know me and I would be lost without them. I’m not fun all of the time, sometimes my sparkle is dimmed. Likewise, they occasionally need a pick-me-up. But there is always fun to be had in some small way. Even if it is SWL telling me that I smell like rotten cabbage when I am on the verge of tears – again! (Happy tears provoke this response from her. I have the best friends!)
In what ways do you find fun? Let me know, either using my contact form or in the comments section. I’m always keen to learn new ways to add excuses for smiles.
Speaking of friends, it is time to move on from Selfie week. Next week in my February Photo Fest we move on to Fotos With Friends. Because I have too many memories not to share! (Each friend will be celebrated and shared with permission.)
Returning for another year, welcome to my fifth February PhotoFest effort. If you would like, follow the links to explore past years:
From the story of how the barefoot sub became the woman she is today, to toy reviews, with a hefty dose of contemplation, a sprinkling of erotica and a LOT of nudity in between, you can be sure to find something to tickle your fancy at A Leap Of Faith.
Nice post 🌹
