Barefoot Picnic

Barefoot, wearing gas mask, corset and latex gloves, is attempting to eat a cake.

As this week is National Picnic week, I couldn’t let it pass without a Barefoot picnic pic. However, getting out for that activity has proven trickier than I’d ever imagined it could! Yesterday I’d intended to trip up to the Moor, to tick off a new square. But after a month of frenetic activity I ended up slumbering as the afternoon sun poured through my living room window.

Slumbering, while cooking up mischief involving a future partner, a friend and a picnic. All the best ideas begin with cake and the moor, and this perverted pondering is no exception. Inspiration hit when Barefoot and SWL tripped to the Moors for a socially distanced picnic. But you’ll have to wait to find out the story that struck as we came out of lockdown!

Fortunately, thanks to Barefoot Of The Past I have a selection of picnic photos you’ve not seen many of yet. The first picture from this day out with Pete McD was from this very same set. And that was for a celebration too. The 400th Sinful Sunday link up. Mind boggling as I forget how long I’ve been blogging. Anyway, it gives me hope that I’ll be here to bring you a fresh picnic during the week of national celebrations in 2024. And perhaps I’ll even manage to get some cake in my… cake hole?
