When I was first invited out for this shoot in the woods we had very little idea what would happen. We had a rough plan, but as it was my first time with a photographer, and he was new to shooting people, we decided to just go with the flow. It didn’t take long for my clothes to come off. I mean, why wouldn’t I be naked in nature? And I was in and out of the chilly spring flow before and after this moment on the river bank.
The look on my face, in this moment, finds me at peace. Completely relaxed and in love with my surroundings. Yes, I’m out in public, but I’m just naked- which is legal in my area so long as I’m not causing offence. The photographer was on a well trodden footpath for sure, but I wasn’t doing anything sexual. Just enjoying the fresh air on my soft flesh.
I can’t think of any reason why I wouldn’t be naked by the river.

It is something I have wanted to do for a long time, but it took a reminder in my worth a few weeks ago to find the confidence to team up with a photographer. His location, my ideas, our outcomes.
And it felt so natural to be completely out there in nature. X x
