Today Is NOT A Typical Day

Typical barefoot, taking a sad day and making it all about boobs and adventure.

That’s right, today is not a typical day!

In fact, nothing from this week has been typical; nor will any day in the next week be.

But then, a typical day for me is unlikely to look typical to others.

My last attempt at doing “normal” Barefoot things was a fun game with Flashman on Sunday night. (Maybe.) And before that on Sunday lunchtime I tied SWL’s boobs in some special rope (story to come) and mine in rubber rope. Then we painted our breasts and made prints on her table.

That was my parting gift to her before the next step in her big adventure. Typical Barefoot-and-SWL mischief making, even on an emotional day.

That was before I broke routine entirely, whisked my boys off on an adventure. One I’ve always wanted to have but was never brave/skilled/organised/capable enough to do. (Ha, I’m showing you Mind-Monsters!)

Anyway, the last Monday of each month is one that I have a routine for.

Something scheduled in my diary. Typically, that day involves prepping all of my Boobday posts for the following month.

Apparently I’m not quite organised enough to keep that plate spinning while saying farewell to my one of my closest friends and preparing to take my two favourite humans on a trip of a lifetime…

But I did manage to publish the next post from a train hurtling across Europe, albeit twenty nine hours late!

And so it would have been rude not to continue tapping away at my phone, and share this picture for Boobday, Sinful Sunday and SWL before her departure.

Happy Sunday folks.

BoobDay is a weekly meme in honour of chests and breasts of all shapes and sizes belonging to all types of folks.
This is a safe and inclusive space and everyone and anyone is welcome to participate in BoobDay. BoobDay is about celebration and support. ‘Boob’ is a term that is intended to be gender neutral and it includes the chests and breasts of all sorts of folks. BoobDay is not limited to cisgender women. Basically, if you want to celebrate the beauty of boobs and join in with like-minded, body-positive, people who are embracing their curves or lack thereof, this is the link-up for you!
