The first sprinkling of freckles appears with the spring sunshine. Mirroring the cherry blossom on the trees. My skin is highly responsive to the turning of the seasons. While I don’t really tan, my body shows you what the weather has been like. Much like my eyes tell you about what the forecast is doing inside of me.
That’s the beauty of my skin, it displays natures kisses proudly for the world to see. Much like it shows off a sadist’s kisses, singing loud and proud about the joyful moments that have passed.
My freckles are barely emerging after a long, hard winter. The photograph may well have been taken on the last warm day of last Autumn. Do you remember me out and about on Dartmoor with Loki, for some sinful basking? It won’t be long before I’m bound and naked in my happiest of places once more. While the springtime is sprinkling down on me in little flurries of sunshine.
