Some folk have likened me to an acid trip with this set of photos by T.J Photography, when in fact it was purely down to my clumsy (at the time) body painting skills.
Those unruly smears of UV paint inspired a fantasy to pour from the recesses of my brain. And now that same brain has linked up with a tune I was introduced to last year, by DinoDom. I would apologise for the music (especially the video) but I (and my little family) love Acid Folk by Perplexer – bagpipes and all! Plus, I can well imagine a UV stained Raver-Days me in an old warehouse dancing to it.
Music has always been a big part of my world, and over the last few years I’ve been building a Spotify playlist of songs that inspire my kinky brain. Coupled with my ever growing family playlists, where I’ve been introduced to new tunes (some being better than others), and talking tunes with friends – old and new, I thought it was about time I used that inspiration for good!
I have recently changed jobs and find myself with even less time!!! But I promised myself – in the post “Packing Up Or A Special Delivery” that I would do my best to share for February Photo Fest this year. So I hope you enjoy my efforts. Perhaps you’ll find a new musical genre to enjoy! Please let me know in the comments any alternative pieces that would work for the picture. I’m always happy to add new songs to my playlists.
