Yesterday’s travels through Barefoot’s bondage A-Z took us to joyful Jizuri, or self suspension. Today I’m not flying solo, it’s the turn of kinky kaikyaku kani.

Translated from Japanese, Kaikyaku Kani means spread-legged crab tie. Wrists bound to ankles, elbows to knees, it creates tension in the back, hamstrings, shoulders… left in there too long it can become very uncomfortable. (Although, definitely not as painful as the Ebi tie!)

What it does provide is a feeling of vulnerability, total exposure. SWL was wearing underwear, but were she in scene with a lover this could easily be rectified, providing full access! And to think, there would be very little she could do about it.

I’ve tied her with a couple of wide banded double column ties, for comfort- she’s my friend, and I’d like her to remain that way! But you could easily take it up a notch with single wraps for the double columns. Or even make it more secure by increasing the number of ties up her legs. I’ve most commonly seen this with three bindings on each pair of limbs.

This was a great way to enjoy bondage with her; playing with the feelings that rope brings about, without crossing any of the boundaries of our friendship. And getting a great shot for my A to Z challenge.

If you’ve enjoyed Kinky Kaikyaku Kani then please consider supporting the blog. I think SWL is going to need hot chocolate next time I ask her to get (nearly) naked in her garage!
