3 Day Quote Challenge: Day 3

If day 1 was about recovering from the past, and day 2 was about looking at the future, day 3 of the quote challenge is about how I show up in the world today. Authenticity is vital in my world for maintaining my sense of self worth. It also aids me in maintaining my boundaries. If I am entirely me, am comfortable in my own skin and with my own values, I don’t have to get the approval of others. And as I’m not seeking their approval I won’t slip into situations that are wrong for me.
