Could I ever get tired of hanging around? I’m not sure but this was an unexpected joy. My first inversion, with a single rope agura.

I’d actually arrived at 1001101’s House, a couple of weeks out of isolation. Still struggling but having slept most of the day I had a little in the tank. “You’ll need to go gentle on me” I reminded him as I disrobed. Best laid plans and all that…

If that was the plan, what am I doing hanging around?

Actually, hanging around, upside down, for what felt like an hour. Pure bliss! It was exactly what I needed. My lungs drained a little and those nasty hotspots were a distant memory for twenty four hours. And even better, I felt strong and limitless at a time that completing even the simplest task was proving difficult.

This wasn’t the only tricky (but fun) tie we enjoyed on that December evening, but perhaps this is the most poignant. Who knew that I’d enjoy, not endure, this so much?

Hanging Around With 1001011 is the sixth picture I’m sharing for A Little Help From My Friends. The third theme for February photo Fest 2022.

2022 is my third time participating in February Photo Fest. February Photo Fest 2019 was my first, with my second being February Photo Fest 2021.
