I love these knickers, I also love the bra that goes with them. The bra I wore to pole class, admired by my teacher. She loved it so much she shared on her instagram. I’ve seen this brand shared on other people’s bodies too, and love the message. Self love brings beauty, it really does!

I love a rainbow analogy, but often try to be a rainbow for others. How exciting that we could turn it inwards, be a rainbow in our own world, and truly appreciate the beauty we bring to the table. Whatever that looks like to us.
For me beauty isn’t defined by the skin we are in. My definition has helped no end when I was at my largest. As I adjust to being in a healthier body this mindset is invaluable.
