There is a certain truth in the saying “You can run but you can’t hide”. And never more so than when you have a camera shy exhibitionist out for a saunter with a fellow mischief maker.
Ok, I’m not camera shy, but during the run where SWL captured me with the cows I spotted a hide. A hide is a place for nature watchers to hide and observe the natural world as if they weren’t there. I’ve passed this one a number of times and never really noticed its potential. On this day though I noticed the breast height viewing holes, handed over my phone and dashed around the back.
As always there was much laughter, this time it centred around the lesser spotted tits on display.
